Let’s see what she shares about her career, writing and books. And majorly her book “Ink Echoes”, which is reviewed and recommended by our team.

Interviewer- From where did the idea of making a compilation of poems emerge in your mind?

Miss. Pinaki Kotecha – It wasn’t a conscious effort, these poems talk about lots of varied feelings from extreme joy and intoxication to anger, sorrow and life, in general. Maybe sometimes we wish to say a lot of things but can’t, and I guess I wanted to say those things to the world through poetry my words.

Interviewer- Which is your favorite poem from the book?

Miss. Pinaki Kotecha- That’s very difficult, they’re all very close to my heart. But I’m still biased towards “Woo-You”, “Halfway down the road” and “Calm before the storm”.

Interviewer- How long did it take you to write ‘Ink Echoes’?

Miss. Pinaki Kotecha- Like I said, it wasn’t a conscious effort so it was scattered over time.

Interviewer- Are you working on something new? If yes, when can we expect it to be published?

Miss. Pinaki Kotecha- Yes. It’s prose this time. Even though I’m enjoying working on it now, I don’t see it finished in another year or so.

Interviewer- What does literary success look like to you?

Miss Pinaki Kotecha- To me it is genuinely a medium to make my voice reach people and maybe in the process, shape opinions someday.

Interviewer- Who is your favorite poet / author?

Miss Pinaki Kotecha- J.K.Rowling, hands down.
