A literary event is always a mesmerizing intellectual experience for the aficionados of literature, and how could the possibility to witness two literary doyens on a single platform not be an exciting one? ‘Zindagi with Kitaab’, an event in association with Literia Insight and the highly prestigious The Literary Club, IIT BHU witnessed not just the excitement of the participants but also the vast experience and literary prowess of our esteemed guests, Vaibhav Pande and Piyush Pandey. Even though the event was held digitally, it didn’t deter the enthusiasm of the participants who wanted to experience the journey of their favorite authors firsthand, directly coming from them without any filter.
Vaibhav Pande; a poet by passion and an entrepreneur by profession, is a TEDx Speaker. Mr. Pande is a regular Guest Panelist on news channels like AajTak, CNN, CNBC, Republic, ET Now, and NewsX. The event kickstarted with a warm welcome of both the guests by Nikhil Rana, a student of IIT BHU, and then spiraled into a very enriching discussion by both authors. Vaibhav Pande shared an anecdote of his school life highlighting the importance of passion and education in real life, whereas Piyush Pandey shared some anecdotes about the legendary actor. Mr. Piyush also emphasized the need for voracious reading to be an author apart from sharing his journey in journalism.
