Shipping Policy

The kolkata Buzz delivers Worldwide. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
We have a Standard (Surface) charge of INR 250. (India Only)

Fast Delivery (Flight) Charge INR 500 (India Only)

SHIPPING PROCESS:

  • We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public holidays.
  • All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 1-2 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  • Customized products (fall and picot addition) are dispatched in 5-6 business days.

DELIVERY PROCESS:

  • Most orders are delivered within 3-10 business days between Monday to Saturday. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications with regards to the delivery, kindly drop us an E-mail at contact@thekolkatabuzz.com or call us +91 9088241439 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.
  • Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
  • We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.

DISCLAIMER

  • Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
  • Please email us at contact@thekolkatabuzz.com mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful.
  • If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
  • We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
